Here's how the experience breaks down: Atmosphere: 5/5 stars (if you sit on the porch by the stream, but not if you sit inside. That said, this is one of those one-time dining experience everyone should try once. We'd go to those places first before returning here. ![]() Our local high end Japanese place and the Melting Pot (we live in SC and drove over two hours to try this place) is better. We all were talking about how much we all thoroughly enjoyed our dining at artisanal and we will be back. She was very pleasant and friendly and added to our exceptional dining experience. I do not know the name of our server but she was on top of everything. Dessert was a marscapone tart and it was ok. Everyone was very pleased w their selection. Great choice! For dinners we had the ahi, halibut and duck. We shared the octopus appetizer which was a medley of various flavors. They were outstanding! We even got a 2nd order to share between the 4 of us. ![]() Next we started with fresh yeast rolls straight out of the oven sever on a mini cast iron pan. The server was so kind to even take it upon herself to get me the recipe from the bartender with how much of each ingredient they used. I had The cucumber and basil drink made w vodka and that drink will be my new go to drink. Our experience started w specialty cocktails. The decor inside has a rustic feel and very well decorated. I've read and heard mixed reviews about artisanal but we wanted to give it a try for ourselves. ![]()
